This charentaise house in limestone, is a former farm and located in a very quiet hamlet of the commune of Couture in the north of the Charente between Poitiers and Angoulême about 750km from Antwerp.
Here there is no light or air pollution yet and at night you can observe thousands of stars.
An oasis where you can relax, far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. A piece of nature that lives to the rhythm of the seasons; long walks or rides on a bicycle, mountain bike or motorbike are the ideal setting for this.
The house has an open equipped kitchen with dishwasher, combi-microwave oven, coffee maker, senseo, gas cooker, fridge with freezer, iron and hoover. There is a cosy dining and living area with wood-burning stove where there is also a flat-screen TV, DVD and RADIO-CD player with bluetooth.
Internet is also available.
There are 2 bedrooms (1 bed 1.60 m x 2.00 m, 1 bed 1.40 m x 2.00 m) and 1 mezzanine (1 bed 1.60 m x 2.00 m) and 2 bathrooms, 1 on the ground floor and 1 upstairs with washbasin, shower and toilet. Washing machine and tumble dryer available.
The house has beautiful views of the fields and forests and one can spot wildlife. Outside there is a large garden with an authentic bread oven and a parking space for bicycles.
There is ample parking space for cars.
The garden is equipped with garden furniture and a parasol so you can eat outside in the summer. A BBQ is also at your disposal for a nice meal and if it gets too hot you can cool down under the old lime tree or the swimming pool.
