The house
Colombard is a spacious holiday home (72m²) and can accommodate 6 people. Pets are not allowed and the house is smoke-free. Our holiday home is located on the private holiday domain "Les Pinèdes" in Etang Vallier (Brossac) and has about 40 cottages. Each house has a spacious plot, so you can fully enjoy your privacy. The wooded area means you have plenty of shady spots ideal for hot days. On the domain you also have a large outdoor swimming pool with children's pool that is only accessible to residents of the park. Just outside the domain you have a lake with a sandy beach. There is a Clubhouse for a bite to eat and quench your thirst.

BROSSAC
Brossac is a small village in the Charente, which exudes a rustic, French atmosphere. Locals play jeux-de-boules or watch the passers-by sitting in front of their houses with a nice glass of wine. The principle of "laissez-faire, laissez-passer" seems to have been invented here.
SHOPS
In Brossac, besides the bakery where you can get delicious fresh baguettes and croissants in the morning, you will find a post office, a butcher, a pharmacy, a supermarket(s). In Chalais there is an Intermarché and a Lidl. An E.Leclerc can be found in Barbezieux.
In the centre there is also the possibility of charging an electric car.
