ELECTRICITY, GAS and WOOD are NOT INCLUDED in the price quoted. A reading for electricity is taken on arrival and at the end of each 30 night period. The rate will be supplied before confirming your reservation and is the rate set by the electricity company. All heating and hot water is electric. Wood for the log burner is at your charge and must be organised by yourselves. a minimum of 1/3rd bottle of gas for cooking will be supplied which is more than enough for 3 months under normal useage, replacements are at your charge (approx 50€) There is an extra charge for pets - max one small dog or 2 cats
