Baleine - Les Vallaies

Baleine garden cottage at Les Vallaies sleeps 6 in 4 bedrooms. It is one of five houses sharing the pool and garden. It is next to the communal play garden - so you can sit back and drink a glass or two of the locally produced Pineau whilst your children play in the garden within earshot of your terrace. It has a high wall around the courtyard so is very private to.
This family gite is approximately 7m by 7m on each floor. There is a spacious open plan ground floor with living and dining areas and a kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with 4 ring gas hob, work top electric oven/grill, (big enough for a roast dinner) fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle and microwave.
Cot, high chair, booster seat, change mat, toys and books, stair barriers, potty and toilet seat , plastic crockery and cutlery, toddler step an hand blender are standard items in all the cottages.
The closed tread, wooden staircase leads to the first floor which has 1 twin room, 1 single room and a double. The double bedroom has fitted wardrobe and a set of draws, all the rooms have hanging space and draws. A travel cot easily fits into the single bedroom. The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, basin and toilet and plenty of hot water and good pressure. There is a fourth bedroom downstairs with single bed and en suite shower room / toilet which may suit a family bringing a family member who has difficulty with stairs.

Baleine gite has an enclosed courtyard terrace area to the front with charcoal barbecue garden table and chairs. The pool area and games barn can be found at the rear of the property, families must exit the garden, pass by the parking area and re enter on the other side. The country lane is quiet but cars do travel past so younger chidlren must be accompanied.

Please note the whole property is a no smoking zone including your own terrace, the communal garden and pool area. To smoke or vape you must leave the property. (This is because we are a child friendly property and the close proximity of the cottages) Music and radio without headphones is not allowed outside of your holiday cottage, the only sounds we want to hear are children playing and the birds singing.
