Other things to note
Wine (and Cognac) is a massive aspect of the local area. For stays of 7 days or more we can offer a complementary tasting of a few local wines on request to give you an overview of what qualities make the Bordeaux area so special. We also have links with several vineyards in the area that we can set up bespoke visits and tastings with.
We are also licensed and able to offer a selection of our favorite wines by the glass and by the bottle for you to enjoy in the sun.
Part of the attraction with our gite is its beautiful countryside setting, however, in this rural location, this means that a car is a necessity to get around.
