Ideal for a couple, pretty self catering holiday home of 25 m² in sandstone and bricks, built at the end of the 19th century, completely renovated in 2017.
Quietly located near the beaches of Saint-Aubin-Sur-Mer and Veules-Les-Roses (candidate for the competition of the 100 most beautiful villages in France and located 2 km from Sotteville), it has a large wooden terrace of 40 m² with garden furniture.
This maisonette of about 25 m² has a bedroom of 9 m² with a double bed, a small living room with a very well equipped American kitchen and a shower room, toilet, as well as washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron. CHARGING STATION FOR ELECTRIC CAR 49 € / WEEK (7 € /day)

The cottage is located on the Côte d'Albatre, between the famous beaches of Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer and Veules-les-Roses. An authentic natural setting with beaches bordered by cliffs and green landscape. Many water sports and hiking activities are available nearby (surfing, kite surfing, swimming, sailing, horse riding, golf, hiking or cycling on the GR and country lanes. Excursions are possible to Etretat and its renowned beach further south , as well as towards the Bay of Somme further north and its very particular light. Visit the bird reserve, sand yachting, kite surfing, hiking, discovery of protected natural areas are nice outings.

Het huisje is goed voorzien met alles wat je nodig hebt. Behalve schoonmaakmiddelen als je zelf wilt gaan schoonmaken. We moesten ons aanpassen aan haar tijden van inschrijven en vertrek. Weinig opbergruimte voor kleding en / of boodschappen. Hou er rekening mee dat je alles wat in de kasten staat zo ook weer op dezelfde plek moet achterlaten. We misten toelichting in het Engels. Eigenlijk niet goed berekend op anders taligen.

Geweldige week gehad. Heerlijk huis. Veel privacie door tuin bij het huis.
In te huis is alles aanwezig. Wasmachine, droger.afwas machine, oven en magnetron.
Heel lastig dat elk kastje vol zit met keuken apparatuur. Als je boodschappen hebt gedaan is er nergens ruimte om dit op te ruimen. Verder alles perfect in orde..Catherine Basset from Sotteville sur mer,
