The house
Situated just 3 minutes from the beach via a footpath, this magnificent 200 m² duplex is rated 4 stars and is located in a typical Anglo-Norman seaside villa.
Out of season, rentals are at weekends, with Sunday departures possible until late afternoon.
From April to October and during the festive season, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
In all seasons, the bay of Pourville and the high chalk cliffs of Varengeville sur Mer and the Côte d'Albâtre can be seen from the living room with its veranda, as well as from the five bedrooms and a view over the countryside of the Vallée de la Scie.
Claude Monet, one of the most influential Impressionist painters, captured the magical moments from this property to create some of his best-known works: the famous sunsets.
The large beach, 350 metres away, can be reached from the end of the garden via a footpath, offering great walks on the sand at low tide.
The nearby 18-hole Dieppe golf course is just 5 minutes away.
Just 4 kilometres away, you'll find Dieppe, a town of art and history, known as the town of 4 ports. Its ferry line links Dieppe to London via a stopover in Newhaven.
The balneotherapy centre "Le Carré à Dieppe", formerly known as "Les Bains de Dieppe", is open all year round and has an outdoor seawater pool heated to 28°C.
The flat is set in a private garden of over 3,000 m², with a large English greenhouse and table tennis table where you can also store your beach and/or golf equipment. It has 4 parking spaces.
This duplex family home offers spacious reception areas. The spacious living room has an elegant fireplace and the dining room table can seat up to 12 guests.
Direct access to the private garden is via the bow window, which is very British in style. The balconies that surround the house seem to hang over the surrounding countryside.
For your comfort, this gîte is non-smoking.
As the private garden is only part of the co-ownership grounds, dogs are not allowed and it is not possible to pitch a tent in the garden.
Two hours from Paris by road (or train), three hours from Brussels.
