The house
La P'tite T is a 2-person cottage on the grounds of the owner of house La Thëbaudière. It is located on a large piece of land in a quiet (agricultural) setting. The cottage is fully equipped, including a bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower, a kitchen with combination oven, 2-p induction and dishwasher, seating and a covered veranda. It is well insulated, with double glazing and electric heating.
The cottage is about 25 metres from the owner's main house and is optically separated. The property is about 300 metres from the main road D60 and there is parking on site. There is a sunny seating area at the front of the cottage and free use of the swimming pool (3x6m) and 2 sun beds.
Please note: the bedroom floor is accessed via a rather steep staircase and there is no headroom (approx. 1.50m). As a result, this cottage is not suitable for everyone.

The detached cottage is located on the owner's property, at some distance from the 'main house' 'La Thébaudière'. The large garden surrounded by hedges and 'bocage', gives an enclosed character. The cottage is about 300m from the main road and the nearest neighbours are about 500m away. For lovers of peace, quiet and true darkness.

Plenty of choice of restaurants in the immediate area, including Sourdeval, Vire Normandie, Mortain and Flers.
Activities
La P'tite T is located in a quiet agricultural area, with the nearest neighbours 500m away. Real silence and true darkness can still be found here. The village of Le Fresne-Poret (over 200 inhabitants) is situated on the hiking trail GR226, which connects the GR221 to the GR22 (from Paris to Le Mont St. Michel). There are mtb trails in the immediate vicinity. Interesting locations such as Le Mont Saint Michel, the invasion beaches, historical sites such as Domfront, Mortain and Avranches are at most an hour's drive away. Also less than an hour's drive away are the beaches of Carolles and Jullouville, as well as the port town of Granville, with seafood restaurants and boat connections to the Chausey Islands, Jersey and Guernsey. Saint Malo is about an hour away and 20 minutes away is Vire Normandie, which includes an esteemed golf course.
