The house
Attractively furnished spacious detached cottage in quiet rural surroundings, a 5 minute drive from Lac de la Dathée with watersports, carp fishing & 18-hole golf course. At the end of a dead end lane amongst a couple of houses with sheep, cows & horses in neighbouring field. Exposed stone and beams on ground floor. Large fitted kitchen/dining room (microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine) with woodburner. Spacious lounge with woodburner, tv (English & French channels), dvd, exposed stone & beams. Downstairs bathroom with Large double rainfall shower/wc and washing machine.
1st floor has 2 bedrooms and a small cloakroom - 1 double, 1 with double & single bed (sloping ceilings), small cloakroom with toilet and basin. Duvets. Electric heating. Garden (an acre) with lawn, terrace, furniture & bbq. No smoking.
The village boulangerie and bar are a 1.5k walk or drive away and there is an indoor pool & skateboard park in Vire.

De omschrijving klopt helemaal.
Als je voor je rust komt is dit ideaal.
Aan een doodlopende weg.
Tuin is volledig omheind waardoor de hond vrij kon rondlopen.
Wel een zaklamp meenemen als je in het donker naar buiten gaat. Er zijn (gelukkig) geen lantaarnpalen.

Alles is aanwezig in het huis, er omheen, in de buurt en verdere omgeving. Helemaal goed.

Vire (12km) has many restaurants & bars to eat, The Robbery, Le Triskell, Bar Central, Gambinis and just out side of Vire La four à bois
There are closer (5km-10km) bars and restaurants in Sourdeval & Mortain selling Italian & traditional food
Gathemo has a bar selling traditional 'plat de jour' at lunchtime & the Patisserie has a fantastic selection of breads, cakes
