The house
Well decorated with a modern aspect.
When entering the house you will enter into the kitchen which is fully equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, coffee making facilities and numerous.
Our ground floor bathroom which is off of the kitchen comprises of a shower as well as a WC, sink and plenty of room for toiletries and towels (towels are provided).
There are a few steps into the lounge, diner area. We provide plenty of spaces to sit, a few games as well as plenty of dvds and of course a television in English and French. A sofa bed is also available in this room which allows 2 people to sleep. Taking the maximum occupancy to 6 for this house. Free wifi available.
Stairs to the bedrooms as they are located on the 2nd floor.
The large master suite contains plenty of wardrobe space, a desk, mirrors full and above the desk, bedside tables, lamps and a small window sofa alongside the double bed. Extra pillows are available. Overlooking the front garden.
The second bedroom consists of 2 single beds, a dresser along with a wardrobe / drawers, bedside table and lamp. Additional pillows are also available. Overlooking the rear garden.
All rooms have electric heating and roll down shutters.

Surrounded on 3 sides by fields. A few cows are situated next to us and we have a village hall opposite on the road that leads to the towns.

Plenty of restaurants a short drive away and locally we have an excellent wine cave and a few bars in the local town.
Restaurants include some English nights. We also have a chinese and moroccan locally along with a few takeaway kebab / burger shops and the pizza machines.
Activities
Our location is perfect for those who like to relax as well as those who wish to cycle or have motorbikes (we provide storage), walkers or those who wish to sight see.
We have plenty of towns near by with excellent facilities as well as the theme parks, golf course, rivers for water sports being closeby and not forgetting only an hour away from beaches and close to plenty of historical monuments and museums. Not forgetting the likes of Mont St Michel, St Malo and the Tapestries.
