The house is a modern, bright, newly renovated home set in private grounds of 5000 m2, surrounded by farmland.
You will be renting the entire house and it's gardens.
You are located under an hour from Mt St Michel, within Le Parc Naturel Regional & Geoparc Normandie Maine, 10 mins from the historic towns of Mortain and Domfront, 500 m from Velo Vert (V40 Paris to Mt St Michel walking and cycling path), on the "Route de Poiré" with the Musée du Poiré 1km away.
