La Petite Maison de ROSE offers you another way to stay and invites you to live an exceptional moment, with happiness to be enjoyed day after day, to the point of forgetting the moment when you have to leave! A real haven of peace for those who love peace and nature.
You can have your lunch either in the kitchen with a view on a pretty pond with trees or in the garden if the sun is shining.
The price includes your personal welcome, electricity, heating, sheets, towels and tea towels.
Bicycles are available and we have a partnership with a beauty institute that can come and offer massages or treatments at home.
It is also possible to follow courses in scrapbooking, card making, table decoration... by appointment.
For security reasonś, access to the jacuzzi is strictly forbidden to children under 16 years old, and to children under 18 years old not accompanied by an adult.
Reservation for 30 minutes access to the Jacuzzi is mandatory 24 hours in advance. A deposit of 100€ will be required. (see internal regulations)

Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in l'ancienne ecurie. Alles was goed geregeld qua aankomst en vertrek, beddengoed en verwarming, het huisje was schoon en voorzien van alles dat je nodig hebt. Het contact met Sonia en Lea was prima en als we iets nodig hadden werd dat snel geregeld. De estate is prachtig met leuke en mooie dieren die daar rondlopen en ook wel komen buurten, zoals de pauwen. We hebben ook hertjes gezien. Het is mooi gelegen en dichtbij allerlei leuke plaatsen om te bezoeken in Normandie. Wij komen zeker graag nog eens terug.

Prachtig huisje op een prachtige locatie. Perfecte plek voor wandelen en fietsen met strand en stadjes in de buurt. Sonia en haar dochter hebben ons goed geholpen en stonden altijd klaar wanneer we vragen hadden of om ons te helpen met tips over de omgeving.

The Normandy cuisine is rich and there are many markets in the area, the best known being in Le Neubourg.
In Bourg Achard, 4km away, there are many restaurants, including one with 3 Michelin forks.
Activities
The property is situated on the edge of the forest of Montfort sur Risle and a footpath passes by.
It is possible to go canoeing down the Risle or water skiing from the Toutainville leisure centre.
If you like nature walks and peace and quiet, this is the place to be!
