The living room consists of a dining area and a seating area. A sliding door gives access to the balcony.
A TV, a DVD-player and a radio with CD-player are available.
The living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and both bedrooms can be reached from the hallway.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, small freezer, electric oven, electric cooker with 4 rings, microwave, coffee machine, water boiler and other kitchen utensils.

The house is built against a hill and consists of four flats, each with a surface of 55 square metres. 2 flats are rented out and 2 are for private use. The flats are equipped with plastic windows with shutters. Each flat has its own entrance.
One can use the garden in front or behind the house.
Each flat has its own parking space.
Only one pet is allowed after approval of the landlord.
