NICE HOUSE / GITE / CHALET of 210m².
recently built, modern, insulated, very user-friendly, comfortable for up to 14 people.
The house faces due south, with a beautiful view of the Vosges mountains, spring water from the tap, peace and quiet, easy access all year round.
Large private plot of 800m², fenced for everyone's safety.
2 terraces: A large 35m² suspended wooden terrace off the living room (lounge/kitchen and bedroom), and a smaller suspended terrace off the lounge.
The gite comprises:
- Ground floor: laundry room, large entrance hall and 1 bedroom (bed 140), relaxation room with infrared sauna and jacuzzi spa.
- 1ST FLOOR: bathroom (2 basins, shower, bath), separate WC, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed each), a large lounge/dining room with fireplace (TV, DVD player, WiFi internet access, board games, a large fully-equipped kitchen (which opens onto the large terrace) (oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, large deep sink, plenty of storage space, as well as everything you need for cooking and also cooking at the table with friends (fondue, raclette, crêpe party etc. ....).
- 2nd floor: bathroom (1 washbasin unit, shower), WC, 3 bedrooms (one with 1 double bed (140) + 1 single bed (90) + cot, one with a double bed (140) and one with 1 double bed (140) + 1 single bed (90)).
