With a surface area of 75m², the flat comprises two spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom with walk-in shower and clothes line, separate WC, a study area and a pleasant living room: living room with flat-screen TV and sofa bed, reading area with bookcase and dining area; fully-equipped kitchen: gas hob, sink, fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, crockery and cooking utensils, filter coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster, raclette machine and plancha.

Iron and ironing board, cot and high chair available.

The decor is warm and welcoming, with natural materials such as rough Landes pine and solid parquet flooring.
