Right by the beautiful Lac des Vieilles Forges is this detached villa. On the ground floor: large living room with ultramodern open kitchen equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, oven, fridge, three sliding doors provide plenty of light. Sitting area with fireplace. Satellite TV. (All Dutch channels including Fox Eredivisie 1). Stereo system with DVD.Large dining table for 8 people.Totally renovated designer bathroom with bath and shower tray with rain shower (rain shower and hand shower), washbasin with storage drawers. Laundry/storage room with washing machine, tumble dryer. Toilet.
1st floor: master bedroom with roof terrace, twin bed (1.80x200) and large wardrobe. bedroom with double bed (140x200), two bedrooms with two single beds. All rooms with linen cupboard. Large loft. Totally renovated design bathroom with walk-in shower (rain shower and hand shower), washbasin with drawers and toilet.
All beds have single duvets.
Due to the layout of the bedrooms and double bathrooms, the house is also suitable for 2 families.

Less than 300 km from the Netherlands (Rotterdam): beautiful detached holiday villa (living area: 155 m2) in the middle of the woods, but not isolated: in a residential area. Quietly situated. Total 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, so also suitable for 2 families. (Maximum 8 persons). Large garden (1500 m2) Garden with garden furniture. All comfort.

Net terug van een weekje in dit prachtige huis , groot , rustig gelegen, mooie omgeving, en echt alles is aanwezig in huis , goede bedden , en een meer dan complete keuken en hadden ook nog redelijk mooi weer dus helemaal top !

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. Het huis is erg groot, netjes en zeer compleet. Het huis grenst aan het bos en heeft rondom een heerlijk terras en veel gras. Het is ideaal voor rustzoekers, het enige wat je hoort zijn de vogeltjes en een kabbelend beekje. Het huis ligt op loopafstand van het meer waar het zomers goed toeven is. Het is een fijne uitvalsbasis voor verschillende uitstapjes in de omgeving. Je bent echt even weg in een hele andere omgeving zonder al te ver te hoeven rijden. Zeker een aanrader!

The house is within walking distance of the beautiful Lac des Vieilles Forges:
A recreational lake with sandy beach, playground and surveillance (July/August) at 900 m.
Sailing school, surfing, canoeing. Mountain biking, hiking, fishing, cross country skiing. Aquacentre with a.o. indoor swimming pool in fortified town Rocroi (9km) (= 'Naarden ven het Noorden'.) Charleville-Mézières 15 km. Sedan (castle) 40 km. Reims and the Champagne region at 100 km. Paris /Disneyland 250 km. In short: a lovely house, surrounded by nature but still with all possibilities nearby for an active, cultural or sporting holiday!

* Heating costs: varying according to season, €80 - €120 per week. Low rate: weeks 36-40; weeks 15-19 high rate: weeks 35 tm week 14.
