Welcome to Holiday home la Mare! A delightful rural farmhouse in the beautiful Champagne-Ardenne region for those who love purity, views and getting back to nature. In this authentic brocante-style house, everyone immediately feels at home. It has been restored while preserving its old soul and is fully equipped.

You have this unique stand-alone farmhouse all to yourself and you therefore have every pricacy. Holiday home La Mare is located on a large property with beautiful wide views over the fields. The house has a large bright sunny living room with many windows, a fine open kitchen with a cooking island and a wood-burning stove. There are eight bedrooms and a spacious bathroom and another shower room under the canopy. In summer, you can still admire barn swallows nesting in the barn here, which is how we protect them.

Holiday home la Mare is an ideal place for cycling and hiking or just rocking in the hammock or staring into the crackling fire by the campfire. For children, there is a sea of space outside where they can romp and play the old-fashioned way. In short, an authentic unique place where you can enjoy the good French life!

The house faces south and the many windows make it a bright sunny house. The spacious living room of 4 x 12 m has an open kitchen,. There is a bookshelf full of books, a CD player and some board games. The kitchen with cooking island has an oven, two large fridges, a freezer and a dishwasher. There is also olive oil, balsamic vinegar, pepper, salt, spices, sugar, detergent, toilet paper, washing-up blocks in stock, so you don't need to bring all this from the Netherlands.

The baker comes by every day. You can do your shopping in Grandpre at 15 km or in two larger towns Vouziers and St Menehould. .

The holiday home in La Mare aux Boeufs is located in the countryside, still has an authentic atmosphere and is especially suitable for relaxing in and around the house. It is located in a hamlet with 5 other houses.

You have wide views and complete privacy! In the garden, besides fruit trees, there is also a small forest. There is a swimming pool on the property from 1 July to early September. There is a fire pit for campfires that provide a cosy atmosphere on summer evenings. There is a large trampoline for the children. Next to the house is a patio with a dining table and a hammock, and next to it are the original stables. Upstairs is the ping-pong table and table football and some seating areas. There are also barbecues and bicycles. You can enjoy the sun all day long if you want, but you can also sit in the shade on hot summer days on the patio overlooking the fields....
