The house
Come and enjoy this new spacious renovated house in the green heart of Brittany.
The house is detached with a very large garden in a quiet cul-de-sac in the middle of nature. Centrally located for exploring both the beautiful interior and the coast.
This comfortable and attractive 'up side down' house is equipped with all modern comforts. Stylishly furnished and fully equipped. On the very spacious and bright upper floor you will find a modern open kitchen with dishwasher, oven, gas cooker, coffee machine, Senseo coffee machine, fridge with freezer, microwave and all other necessary equipment.
The cosy living room has a wood-burning stove (free wood), flat-screen SMART TV (139 centimetres) with free Netflix and a Bluetooth music system.
There is information on the area as well as several reading books.
The garden door opens onto the southern terrace with views of garden and meadows behind. There is a heat pump that serves both as heating in the winter months and air conditioning in the summer months.
Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms: 1 large bedroom with cosy bio ethanol fireplace and double bed (160x200) with new comfortable mattress.
2nd bedroom with 2 separate beds that can be joined together to form a large bed if necessary.
Modern bathroom with large walk-in shower. Separate toilet. Room with washing machine etc.
Large south paved terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Walks start in front of the door! Dogs allowed (mamimum 2).

Het was een leuke vakantiehuis in een landelijke omgeving.
Wij hebben genoten van de rust maar 1 minpunt is de trap. Deze is te stijl en te glad.Verder geen opmerkingen.

With its central location, l'ecureuil is the ideal base for everything Brittany has to offer.
There are numerous hiking and biking trails in the immediate vicinity, several recreational lakes, churches, chapels & abbeys worth seeing, not to mention the many megaliths (Carnac) and other prehistoric sites as well as the famous french markets, antique markets, castles, recreational parks, etc. The nearest southern beaches of Larmor Plage and Guidel are only 45 minutes away. At the house you can enjoy nature and wildlife (rabbits, hares, foxes, deer, pheasants, buzzards, different species of birds etc). You can play tennis in the village (free of charge). Hikes start at the door!
