Lavender Cottage

Lavender Cottage is a stone built, traditional detached cottage with 2 bedrooms, a luxurious bathroom and large spacious living area. It has its own private garden with lovely rural views.
In the comfortably furnished main bedroom is a romantic queen size brass bed. The second bedroom can be arranged with a king size bed or 2 singles, as you prefer. It can also fit a cot at no extra charge.The bathroom has a luxurious slipper-style bath as well as a walk-in shower.
In the spacious living area is comfortable seating for 4 people.
A TV with French and English free-sat channels and a cosy wood-burning stove for winter stays.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, including a dishwasher. There is a shared washing machine and tumble drier in the garage for guest's use.
Outside there is a patio with dining furniture, a carbon BBQ for al-fresco dining and a pleasant, flat garden enjoying lovely rural views.
In the communal garden area is a children's play-area and heated swimming pool (available May to September) which is shared between guests of both gites and the owners. The pool is equipped with a safety-cover when not in use.
Access.This property may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility as the bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs.
Covid-19 Statement
During the global pandemic we want to assure our guests that we are following all local and national advice to keep ourselves and our guests safe.
It is essential that guests make themselves aware of any covid restrictions before travelling.
The gite is cleaned and disinfected between guests, paying special attention to high contact areas such as door handles, light switches, taps etc.
Anti-bacterial and disinfectant product are freely available in the gites and guests are encouraged to use them liberally to keep the space clean and healthy.
The pool is cleaned regularly and chlorine products used to kill any germs.
We encourage guests to use the pool in family groups, leaving a little time between for the chlorine to work. Disposable sanitisers will be placed near the pool ladder.
Guests should only use the sun-loungers provided in their own garden area and must provide their own beach towels if required.
