The house
You enter the spacious sitting room, with high ceiling, from where you turn left, one step up, into the large kitchen, where the dining area is also furnished. From the kitchen windows, you have a wide view to the south over the estate and the Breton hill country and forests. To the west, you overlook the front garden and the Chateau de Bézyl.
From the entrance hall/sitting room you can go straight on to the very spacious bathroom and separate toilet, both with south-facing window.
The open staircase upstairs leads to a small hallway, which goes right to the double bedroom, and left to the twin bedroom. The windows of each have lovely views, one side towards the Chateau and Garden. The other side over the wooded and hilly countryside.

In our grounds are a swimming pool, table tennis table and swings. The surrounding area is ideal for cycling, walking or visiting historic villages such as La Gacilly, known for Yves Rocher and its many artisan shops. The museum village of Rocheford en Terre, La Roche Bernard, Vannes, and of course the Breton coast, with its beaches, many beautiful villages, including the luxurious seaside resort of La Baule. There are flea markets for antique lovers, boats and canoes for rent for water lovers, luxury shops, and museums in the capital Rennes, or Nantes.
Both cities have airports; from Nantes, KLM flies to Schiphol Airport.

The local markets can be reached within 15 minutes, local and organic products are available in the organic supermarket of Redon; An hour's drive and you are in the middle of the vineyards of the Loire.
In autumn, the mushrooms on the estate are not to be sneezed at.
Activities
The 96 ha estate is great for relaxing and walking. The pool is fenced and is located in the walled garden, which also has its own entrance gate. The pool is 12.50m long and 6m wide. About 1.50m deep at the step side, and 2m deep at the end. The terrace around the pool also has a shaded area and fridge . There is a shower and toilet area, and tennis table. You can walk with the guide/managers and learn/discover the estate and wildlife.

For a few days away from it all, this is an ideal location. We can also offer you a luxury breakfast or you can join us at the table d'hôtes. /However, reservations must be made in good time,
