Fully refurbished large gite with new kitchen/diner to accommodate up to 10 people. There is a full kitchen with American style fridge, a large range cooker and dishwasher, The spacious beamed lounge has been tastefully decorated and retains the original Breton granite fireplace with a wood burning stove. There is a large seating area and a workstation. . We have cots and highchairs if needed. The gite has plenty of inside amenities downstairs available to our guests including two televisions, a wide selection of books, board games and dvds. At the back of the gite, the doors open out onto a large walled terrace area with BBQ and dining seating. There are three large bedroom all EnSuite and a bunk room suitable for three children. We have cots and highchairs if needed. Last year fibre optic was installed across the area so there is a good internet service available.

Outside the gite you will find a New heated swimming pool 10x5 m with a large terrace and sun lounges exclusively for gite guests. We have 4 acres of private parkland surrounding the gite. This includes a children's play area with a sunken trampoline, various leisure amenities including table tennis in a covered area , hammocks, a picturesque pond which attracts lots of wildlife, wooded area and an orchard to explore. The gite is completely private and has ample private parking.
