The house
The 3-room chalet consists of a cosy living/dining room, two bedrooms and a new kitchen. In the kitchen you will find a dishwasher, oven and microwave and all kitchen utensils.
Around the living room there are two bedrooms. In the master bedroom, the beds are pushed together. You can use a double duvet or two single duvets. In the other bedroom there are two bunk beds. This bedroom has its own washbasin.
The bathroom has underfloor heating, a shower, a washbasin and a washing machine. There is a separate toilet in the cottage.
Behind the wardrobe you will find a storage room where you can hang your ski clothes to dry in winter.
There is a table and chairs on the terrace and a cosy wooden picnic table next to the house.

The detached house is located on a mountain slope. In front of the house you have an alpine meadow that is used as a ski slope in winter. Behind the house you have a wide view over the valley. La Norma is situated in the national parc de la Vanoise where mountain lakes, rivers, waterfalls, forests and mountains offer a great variety of flora and fauna.
The chalet is easily accessible via two staircases directly at the access road. The house is situated higher so that one is not bothered by traffic, which is limited here at all.

Mooi, ruim en schoon huisje op een schitterende plek. Het huisje staat aan de rand van het ski-dorpje La Norma. Het is er heerlijk rustig en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook in de zomer is er van alles te doen in La Norma. Er zijn diverse eetgelegenheden, verhuur van fietsen en je kunt met de skilift 500 meter omhoog en boven een prachtige wandeling maken. Vanuit het huisje zijn er diverse mooie (berg)wandelingen te maken. En ook aan de andere kant van het riviertje L'Arc kun je mooi wandelen.

In La Norma, there are several restaurants (also for take-away). In this area, you will also find delicious undiscovered wines such as Gamay, Mondeuse and Jacquere.
Activities
The skiing region La Norma is located on the edge of the National Park of La Vanoise on the border with Italy. Due to its north-westerly location, the snow conditions remain good for a long time. The maintenance of the slopes is excellent and the use of artificial snow ensures good snow quality throughout the season.
In summer, you can use the natural swimming pool within walking distance and the tennis courts (for a fee). Furthermore, there is plenty of opportunity for a mountain hike, to visit a climbing park or to visit a fort. It is all possible in the immediate vicinity. Of course, you can also relax. The summer climate in the mountains is very pleasant.
