Located amidst the abundant greenery of the Combrailles, a lovely comfortable cozy spacious authentic French house en pierre at a short distance (250m) from the village on a spacious plot of 2500 m2. The location provides ample privacy. The house is decorated with taste and care, with many authentic details and tastefully furnished, the premise being that guests will feel at home and will be happy to do so in a caring and appropriate way. The house is surrounded by a spacious fenced garden with lots of vegetation. There is plenty of seating opportunity to enjoy the greenery. There is a dismountable swimming pool, 3.60m diameter/ 1m, which you are expected to keep clean yourself within the rental period, also there are 2 Plan d' Eau's a few km away, the nearest near St Gervais at 5 km and the other at Servant about 10 km away. Even in high season the Auvergne remains a quiet lush green environment, which greatly enhances the vacation feeling. Beautiful natural locations within easy reach, with plenty of hiking opportunities, such as the 'Parc des Volcans', the Mont Dôre, the Gorges of the Sioule', where plenty of canoeing can be done, but also directly around the house there are many hiking possibilities. Within driving distance of about an hour are the cities of Clermont-Ferrand, Riom, Montluçon and Vichy easily accessible, as well as many beautiful villages, including some of the Plus Beaux Villages de la France, such as Charroux, St. Saturnin and Mont Peyroux. In summer there are brocantes, vide-greniers and music festivals in the area almost every day. In which the rural character is always paramount and the quiet atmosphere is not lost! The house is a good guide with a number of leaflets of the area present.5 km away is St Gervais d'Auvergne, a village with all amenities, and 9 km idem in Pionsat
