The house
Our cottage was completely renovated in late 2020, early 2021 . This cottage is ideal for a couple or a small family (42m2). Since October 2023, the cottage is 3-star rated.
The cottage is composed as follows : a bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a mezzanine in this room with a large mattress on the floor (the children will have the impression of sleeping under a canvas tent because the space is reduced), a living room with a folding corner sofa overlooking the Lizieux where it is good to stay while watching TV or reading a book.
In the kitchen, you can simmer good meals thanks to the induction hobs and electric oven. The kitchen is also equipped with a dishwasher and if you don't feel like cooking, ask Eline if it is possible to eat at the table d'hôtes in the old renovated farmhouse, which is right next to the cottage.
A washing machine is at your disposal in the garage. For the summer season, the 24m2 balcony is ready, with a cool view of the old volcano "le Lizieux".
The volleyball/petanque court, the playground and the garden are free to use.
During the winter months you can heat yourself with a wood-burning stove, the wood is provided free of charge. There are also electric heaters in the bedroom and bathroom.

Le poulailler is next to our residential farm, in a small hamlet with a few houses and farms. It lies in between the villages of Le Mazet St Voy, Tence and Le Chambon sur lignon.

Activities
On site, you can play petanque or volleyball and enjoy the lawn for other activities. From our farm, you can walk through forests and meadows to discover the surroundings. We offer 10 walks with description and map from the farm, from 3 km to 18 km.
Our "plateau" offers a wide choice of footpaths for hikers or mountain bikers and cycling routes for cyclists. We put at your disposal topos guides, maps and guides of circuits VTT and bike.
You like sports holidays, less than 10/15 minutes from our cottage, you have a wide range of choices : golf, sailing, fishing, horse riding, swimming in the lakes and rivers, tree climbing, quad, segway, paintball, puttinggolf...
You will enjoy discovering the history of the Haut Lignon, do not hesitate to visit the place of memory in Chambon sur Lignon, and visit the surrounding villages with their weekly markets, typical houses ... and 500 metres from the farm you can go to the leather goods shop with homemade products. Really worth a visit!
