Mireille and Jean Paul welcome you in a small provencal drome house backed by the house of the owners including a living room / kitchen with wood burning stove under crawling roof, 1 independent bedroom and second bedroom on the mezzanine, 2 with double beds 160 cm and 1 extra bed in 90 cm, a bathroom with shower and sink, a separate toilet, clearance and cupboards, a covered terrace with barbecue on garden and a swimming pool 9 mx 4 m.
For your comfort during hot summer days, you will have air conditioning.
The cottage is designed for 4 people but you can rent an additional room (2persons) with bathroom and separate toilet next accessible directly from the cottage.

COVID 19:
Given the exceptional circumstances we are going through, we wanted to share the following information with you:
We receive our customers with a mask and provide hydroalcoholic gel in the cottage.
All parts of the house are ventilated before cleaning and the windows are open during cleaning,
The person in charge of cleaning regularly cleans his hands and wears a mask and gloves
We clean all of the surfaces present so as to remove dirt, grease, dust and germs and then apply a disinfectant. For each cleaning we use clean rags washed at high temperature after the departure of a customer.
We pay very close attention to the most used surfaces (switches, door handles, tap remote controls).
All household linen (sheets, mattress covers, hand and bath towels, kitchen towels, table napkins) are washed at the highest recommended temperature.
We specify that we are a lodging classified 2 stars registered with the town hall and the Tourist office.
You have nearby (La Bégude de Mazenc) a pharmacy, general practitioners and specialists as well as a hospital in Montélimar (15 mins)
CANCELLATIONS UNDER COVID 19:
In the case of a reservation that you have made directly with us:
In accordance with the provisions made by the order of March 29, 2020, all stays reserved and having already been the subject of payments from you and which you wish to cancel will not be refunded before a period of 18 months from March 29, 2020 , or at the latest on July 31, 2021. However, you will be allowed to postpone your stay within this same period of 18 months. The sums that you have already paid (whether the deposit or the total balance) can be used in the form of a credit for a new identical or equivalent service in the next 18 months. The price of your new reservation must not exceed that of the old one, or you can benefit from a service of a higher category than the initial service by paying the difference in price which will remain at your expense. Know, finally, that this credit is divisible, that is to say that it can be used in several times for several benefits.
In the case of a reservation made by you through an intermediary:
We strongly recommend that you contact the agency (online or travel agency) or the intermediary who made your reservation with your establishment directly. It is, in fact, the latter who must apply the order of March 29, 2020 if he is established in France. Otherwise, only the latter can decide on the cancellation conditions that he will have set. We are sorry, therefore, not to be able to intervene in this transaction between the latter and yourself.
