The house
Holiday home Montagne in the Drôme department is located in an authentic French country house amidst rolling vineyards of Clairette de Die. It is a spacious and bright holiday home of 75 m2 for up to 5 people. Private garden, panoramic terrace and a covered terrace with BBQ for spacious dining. An ideal base for making trips or enjoying the fantastic views of the Trois Becs. Location for peace seekers and nature lovers. No pets allowed.
For stays of 10 nights or more, you will receive a 10% long stay discount. Arrival and departure days are possible on Saturday, Sunday and/or Wednesday.
Layout:
Living room with open kitchen. Two bedrooms with comfortable 2-metre-long box-spring beds. Spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine. Separate toilet. All rooms on the ground floor. Lockable garden.

Living room with 2 armchairs, 3-seater sofa and dining table. Internet connection and quality hi-fi set. Kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer drawers, 4 ring electric hob, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Bedroom with 2 box-spring beds, 80x200. Other bedroom with 3 box-spring beds, 80x200. All duvets are single. Cupboards with storage and hanging space. Shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin and washing machine. All rooms have central heating. Tap water is preheated by solar collectors. Organic personal care products are available.

Situated among rolling vineyards on the outskirts of wine village Aurel. Magnificent views of the surrounding mountains, such as the 'Trois Becs' massif. Paragliders regularly descend from the 'Butte de l'Aigle' and land in Aurel. Some agricultural activity. Wine harvest from the end of August.

We hebben genoten van huis Montagne. De ligging erg mooi met aan meerdere kanten prachtig uitzicht doordat het huis hoger ligt dan de vallei van de Drome. Een erg rustige omgeving in de druiven velden.
Daar geweest in een hele warme periode. In het huis bleef de temperatuur prima. Buiten veel schaduwplekken maar ook genoeg zon voor de liefhebber. Ruim huis en goed uitgerust, goede ontvangst door de eigenaresse.anna meulenberg from DRIEHUIS NH,
Prachtige omgeving waar het fantastisch wandelen is, Huis met mooi uitzicht en lekkere bedden. Vriendelijke en hartelijke ontvangst door Mariëlle en Robert.

Wat een fijne vakantie hebben wij hier gehad. Het huisje is fijn, mooi, compleet en comfortabel. Een aardige gastvrouw, we voelden ons zeer welkom. Er is veel veel ruimte rondom het huis met natuurlijk het mooie panorama terras en nog een overdekt terras. Bij warm weer zijn er voldoende schaduwplakjes te vinden. De uitzichten rondom het huisje zijn magnifiek. Nooit eerder hadden we een huisje met zulke mooie uitzichten! Ook de omgeving is erg mooi; prachtige natuur en idyllische, oude dorpjes met smalle straatjes om in te verdwalen. Een echte aanrader deze vakantiewoning! We willen hier nog wel eens weer vakantie vieren.

Wine cellars with the local bubbly "Clairette de Die". Enjoying the terraces of numerous restaurants. Morning markets with regional products such as goat's cheese, honey and walnuts. The Drôme department is known for its many organic products.

Hiking in the mountains and among the vineyards. Swimming in the valley of the Roanne and the Drôme river, canoeing, canyoning, paragliding. Spotting griffon vultures or mountain marmots. Many natural highlights such as the cirque of Saou with the Trois Becs mountain range, Vercors natural park, waterfall of the Druise, and vertical limestone rocks Sucettes de Borne. Hire of mountain bikes and e-bikes. Donkey and mule rides. Panoramic routes by bike or car. Lavender fields (harvest between mid-July and mid-August). Medieval villages with morning markets and restaurants, highest castle tower of France in Crest, wine festivals and concerts.

-The box-spring beds are only suitable for persons with a body weight of up to 120 kg

-Payment: 10% deposit due upon signature of rental contract. Payment remaining rent 4 weeks before arrival.

Practicalities:
Long mattresses (2 metres) and pillows are fitted with cotton moltons. All duvets are single.
Folding cot and/or high chair can be placed free of charge.
Rental service of bed linen, shower sheets and/or kitchen towels.
Also present: rubbish bags, washing-up brush, new sponge cloth, coffee filters, salt and pepper.
Washing machine in separate room
Driving distance: bread in Vercheny 5 minutes, shops/restaurants 10 minutes and supermarkets 20-25 minutes.
Route/attention please:
There are two villages Aurel in southern France both in the Drôme department and the Vaucluse! Distance 1050 km from Utrecht and 890 km from Brussels.
