Villa Panorama

Villa "Panorama" is a luxurious and beautiful holiday home, detached and beautifully located on the spacious 4-star Villapark "Les Rives de l 'Ardèche" in Vallon Pont d'Arc , in southern Ardeche. The villa can accommodate 2-8 people and has air conditioning in both the living room and the 4 bedrooms. The villa also has a private heated swimming pool.
The holiday home is one of the larger type of villas on the park and has a very spacious living/dining room with 3 sliding doors to the terrace, a modern luxury kitchen, 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 toilets, 2 bathrooms and an indoor terrace (loggia) with stunning mountain views. All windows have mosquito nets.
Furthermore, the villa has 2 terraces, 1 of which is covered, with an electric Weber barbecue, a well-functioning Wifi internet and television with all Dutch and 2 Belgian channels. The covered carport keeps your car out of the sun. In addition, there is room for a 2nd car on the driveway. There is a wallbox for your electric car, to be used against payment and prior notification.
Layout
Ground floor
Hall, toilet, storage cupboard with washing machine and drying rack and 2 spacious bedrooms: one bedroom with two 80 x 200 cm box spring beds and wardrobe has French doors and gives direct access to the garden and swimming pool. The other bedroom also has two 80 x 200 cm box spring beds and a wardrobe. Between the 2 bedrooms is a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Large air-conditioned living room with 3 sliding doors to the terrace, high ceiling, large television on the wall, 2 or 3-seater leather sofa, 2 leather armchairs and a sideboard. The living room flows into the dining room with table and 8 chairs that connects to the modern open-plan kitchen. The comfortable kitchen is equipped with all appliances, such as a Qooker tap, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, good quality crockery and glassware, pans, oven dishes, breadboards, knife sets and so on.
First floor
Landing leading to 2 spacious bedrooms, both furnished with two 80 x 200 cm box spring beds. Between the 2 bedrooms is a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned. From both the landing and one of the bedrooms the indoor terrace (loggia) is accessible with breathtaking mountain views. The 3rd bedroom on this floor is closed for rental.

Garden
The very generous garden of approximately 830 m2 provides stunning unobstructed views of the park and mountains due to its higher position. The south-west facing view ensures a sunny stay. If desired, shade can be sought on the covered terrace, under the gazebo or under the plane trees of the private boules court as a natural parasol. A new lounge set has been installed on one of the terraces with lovely mountain views.
The beautifully landscaped garden features a private swimming pool (9.40 x 4.10 m) heated by solar panels with an electrically operated roller cover, lighting and an outdoor shower. Naturally, 8 sun beds are available around the pool. The garden is tightly fenced, in darkness fully illuminated by means of a night sensor and equipped with lockable garden gates at the house. Thanks to its location and vegetation, the garden, terrace and swimming pool offer optimal privacy.
In short: villa "Panorama" offers you the luxury, comfort and conveniences of home, but surrounded by the ultimate French holiday feeling!

Park facilities and beyond
Each tenant can use the 2 tennis courts, basketball court, playground, 3 jeu de boules courts, table tennis table, outdoor fitness equipment, the large park swimming pool with toddler area, terrace with loungers and chairs, wicker parasols and the lounge area under a canopy.
At the reception building you can get an ice cream, soft drink, draft beer, coffee, sandwich or snack and book excursions.
In high season, there is a bread order and takeaway service at reception (please let us know your choice of bread 1 day in advance).
In high season, reception also offers, in cooperation with the park manager: boules tournament, water polo, children's disco, horse riding, canoe trips, happy hour, wine tasting, min. 1x per week a food truck (pizzas, crepes).
The hot bakery for baguettes and croissants, among other things, and the fruit hall and butcher is less than a km away; just outside the park.
The large Lidl is in Vallon Pont d'Arc just 2 km away and the luxurious and very large Super U at 4 km in Ruoms, as well as an organic shop, ATMs and petrol stations.

Changeover day is Saturday (arrival and departure). Rentals always per week or 2 or 3 weeks.
