This spacious villa is located on the park Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardeche, near the picturesque village of Vallon Pont d'Arc. The park is in a beautiful location, on the river l'Ardeche. At the park you will find various shared facilities including a large swimming pool with children's pool and tennis courts, which you can use.

Well-equipped villa with private heated pool. Spacious and tastefully decorated living room with air conditioning and open kitchen equipped with all modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, fridge and microwave with oven function. There are 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor. The ground floor also has a spacious bathroom with sink, bathtub and toilet. The villa also has Wifi. The beds are made upon arrival. 4 Bedrooms have air conditioning.
First floor: On the first floor are another 3 spacious bedrooms for two persons. The bathroom on the first floor has a shower, sink and toilet. There is also a separate covered balcony on this floor with stunning views over the surrounding countryside.
Outside: From the villa you walk straight into your garden where you can enjoy outdoor living under the covered terrace. On the lawn is a large tree which provides some extra shade in the hot summer months. Around the private heated swimming pool (7.5 x 3.5m) there are several sun loungers to enjoy the French sun.The pool can be covered in the cooler months to keep the water at a better temperature. The private pool is open from April to October. You can park 3 cars under the carport. You can also charge your electric car with its own plug. During solar hours (during the day) this is completely free. A bicycle is available during your holiday. The swimming pool is closed in winter (November - March). Pets are NOT allowed in this villa!
