The house
This spacious and tastefully decorated 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa is located on the edge of the luxury villa park, giving you beautiful views and plenty of privacy. The living room with separate sitting and dining area and a spacious open-plan kitchen offer plenty of options and space to enjoy with family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, 2 separate refrigerators and a combination microwave with oven function.
There are 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor. The ground floor also has a spacious bathroom with sink, bathtub and toilet. At the entrance in the hall you will also find an extra toilet. The villa also has Wifi and a television with Dutch channels, an indoor storage room with washing machine.
First floor: on the first floor are another 3 spacious bedrooms for two persons with plenty of closet space. The bathroom on the first floor has a shower, washbasin and toilet. There is also a separate covered balcony on this floor with beautiful views over the surrounding countryside.
Outside: from the villa you can walk straight through each of the 3 sliding doors (equipped with electric shutters) into your garden where you can enjoy the outdoors under the spacious covered terrace, consisting of a wooden deck and neat terrace furniture. Around the heated private pool are several deck chairs to enjoy the French sun. The private pool is open from April to October. Fancy something active? Then make use of our new jeux de boules court. You can park 3 cars under the carport. Beds are made on arrival.

Then make sure you spend an afternoon in Vallon Pont d'Arc, a historical town and centre for cultural tourism.

It is an excellent area for spotting all kinds of birds of prey, and at nightfall deer, roe deer and wild boar appear at the edges of the woods. In the many caves, countless bats hibernate.

Rough nature forms manifest itself in the famous Réserve Naturelle des Gorges de l'Ardèche and in the nearby Bois de Païolive. The rocks in this forest sometimes seem to have been scattered by a giant's hand. Due to erosion, they have taken on all kinds of bizarre shapes. The many caves in the Ardeche are also worth visiting during your holiday!
