The house
Well-furnished villa with private pool. Spacious and tastefully furnished living room with double sliding doors giving access to the covered terrace. Dining area with 8 chairs. Large open-plan kitchen equipped with all modern conveniences, including a dishwasher and other appliances. The villa has Wi-Fi internet access. On the ground floor you will find two bedrooms and a bathroom.
First floor: 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Beds are made on arrival.
Outside: Large lawn and private swimming pool (10 x 4 m). The pool is surrounded by a terrace with loungers. In the cooler months, the pool can be covered. The private pool is open from April to October. Covered terrace with garden furniture by the house and an additional seat at the back in the garden. Parking space on private property.

The cultural wealth of Ardeche
Although the area is mainly dominated by rough nature and swaying vineyards, it has many picturesque villages. The lively Ruoms, just north of the villa, once started as a monastery. Around it, a village slowly grew up that is now a popular holiday spot. During your stay, a visit to the city of Alès should not be missed. Would you rather stay close to the holiday park? Then make sure you spend an afternoon in Vallon Pont d'Arc, a historical town and centre for cultural tourism.
It is not surprising that so many nature lovers choose for a holiday in the villa. The great variation in altitude and climate guarantees a rich variety of trees, plants and flowers. It is an excellent area for spotting all kinds of birds of prey, and at nightfall deer, roe deer and wild boar appear at the edges of the woods. In the many caves, countless bats hibernate.
Gorges de l'Ardeche
Rough nature forms manifest itself in the famous Réserve Naturelle des Gorges de l'Ardèche and in the nearby Bois de Païolive. The rocks in this forest sometimes seem to have been scattered by a giant's hand. Due to erosion, they have taken on all kinds of bizarre shapes. The many caves in the Ardeche are also worth visiting during your holiday!
