Villa Bonne Vie

Beautiful, spacious villa for 10 people, located on the edge of the holiday park Les Rives de l'Ardeche near the picturesque village of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc in the Ardèche. At the park, guests of this villa may use all park facilities for free, such as the large communal outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts and playground. From the garden, you can walk to the river l'Ardèche within 500 metres.

Accommodation: 10 persons, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms

Spacious living room with sofas and armchairs, television including Dutch channels. There is a large dining area with ten chairs, open kitchen with all modern conveniences and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. The living room is also air-conditioned. Through the sliding doors in the living room you can walk onto the covered terrace towards the private pool. There are also two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and toilet on the ground floor.
First floor: on the first floor you will find three double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. All bedrooms on this floor have new mosquito nets. All beds in the villa have been made for you.

Outside: the spacious garden offers beautiful views over the surrounding vineyards and hills, the villa is located on the edge of the park. There is a private swimming pool of over 9 x 4 metres, which can be heated at an extra charge. Around the pool there are plenty of sun loungers to enjoy the French sun. The pool is open from April to October. Do you prefer retreating in the shade? Or dine in the shade? Then you can do so on the fine covered terrace with table and chairs. At the back of the garden, a new and comfortable lounge set is available for guests.
