Villa Bellevue is a detached, spacious and luxurious 6-person villa with private pool located on the holiday park Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche near the charming village of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc.

The park Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche has a large communal swimming pool, jeu-de-boules courts, tennis courts, table tennis tables, children's playground and a multi-sports ground where you can play football, basketball or volleyball. The park is located on the river Ardèche and 5 minutes from the centre of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc with its authentic streets and cosy terraces. In high season, a food truck with pizza or chicken is regularly on site and you can order snacks at reception. Various activities are also organised in high season, such as: rental of electric bikes, Happy Hour, canoe trips, yoga and a wine tasting.

Villa Bellevue is a luxurious, completely detached 6-person villa with private swimming pool and air-conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. The villa is located on the quiet holiday park Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche, within walking distance of the river Ardèche. The villa has a cosy spacious living room and the television has both French and Dutch channels. Air conditioning is also available here. The dining room has a spacious table with 6 lovely chairs and sliding doors to the outside. The large open kitchen is fully equipped, including a large fridge-freezer, a combi-oven/microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, Douwe Egberts cup coffee machine and kettle.

Downstairs is 1 bedroom for 2 with air conditioning, a bathroom with bathtub/shower and a toilet. In the hall is another separate toilet and a room with the washing machine.

On the first floor are 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning and a bathroom with shower cubicle and toilet. The villa has a large balcony with beautiful views.

Outside: the large screened and fenced garden has a lovely covered terrace where you can enjoy the French outdoors, with stunning views towards the mountains. The terrace has a large table with 6 chairs where you can sit in the shade. By the private pool are lovely sunbeds to relax on. You can also use the extra built canopy with table and chairs. So there is a place to sit in the sun or shade at almost any time of day.

Pets are not allowed in this villa.
