Villa Beauregard 83 is a detached, luxurious and cosy 8-person holiday villa with a large (heated) private swimming pool (9x4 metres and decreasing to 1.80 m deep), free WiFi, a private jeu de boules court, a charging post for electric cars, extensive comfortable furnishings, air-conditioning in all bedrooms and an attractive fenced garden with complete privacy.
This holiday home is located in a small and quiet domaine (holiday park) on the banks of the river Ardèche. The holiday park has a central reception, a communal swimming pool (also for the little ones) with comfortable sun beds, 2 tennis courts, sports/football fields, a table tennis table, outdoor sports equipment, jeu de boules courts and restaurant facilities.

The villa is tastefully and comfortably furnished, all bedrooms have air conditioning, outside there is a large covered terrace, a private heated pool and the fenced garden has plenty of privacy and is otherwise fully equipped. Since early 2023, there has been a charging station in the carport for those arriving by electric car.

The large swimming pool can be closed with a childproof electric roller cover and has a with fantastic views (rightly a Beauregard).On the terrace there is a large Weber BBQ that guests can use unlimited. At the private pool are adjustable sunbeds, parasols and there is an outdoor shower. The garden offers plenty of shade even during hot summer days. There is also a private petanque court, a lounge set and spacious dining area and 2 lovely Airondecks / Canadians. Guests can enjoy this lovely garden until late at night with the cosy outdoor lighting all around and of course the atmospheric pool lighting.

The villa has a large TV with all Dutch and some Belgian and French channels. Of course, there is wireless internet (WIFI) throughout the villa and on the terrace. The living room has two sofas and an armchair, a spacious dining area with 8 dining chairs, (book) cabinets and TV furniture. In the bedrooms, the beds have comfortable mattresses and ample storage space in wardrobe(s) with also air conditioning. The luxury fitted kitchen has a luxury oven, separate microwave, large fridge, dishwasher and ceramic hob. There is a washing machine and extra fridge in the storage room. The kitchen is fully equipped and you will want for nothing when preparing a meal.

The villa has a large covered terrace, a fully equipped and fenced garden with large Weber BBQ, sun beds and various garden sets and parasols.

Pets are allowed.

NB. The use of air conditioning is included in the price as is pool heating in the early and late season. The (heated) swimming pool is open from mid-April to the end of October.

And furthermore ...
In high season, there are extra facilities and activities organised by the management. For example, guests can order fresh bread at reception every day, the snack bar at reception is open and a food truck regularly serves pizza and other delicacies. Management also organises various activities during high season such as happy hour, boules tournaments, yoga, canoe hire, etc.

The French bakery is about 10 minutes' walk from the park, by car it is just around the corner. There are several large supermarkets including one in Vallon and in Ruoms, there is also a Lidl nearby. There are also several restaurants in the area and a delicious ice cream parlour on the road to Vallon. Furthermore, there are cosy markets almost every day in the surrounding villages.
