The house
This spacious and tastefully decorated villa with 4 bedrooms (all with air conditioning) and 2 bathrooms is located at the beginning of the luxury villa park. The villa is not far from the communal pool so children can easily walk to the pool by themselves. The villa and the garden offer privacy, a lovely private pool a covered terrace and in the garden a cosy corner with a lounge set to enjoy a book and a glass of good wine. The living room with separate sitting and dining area and a spacious open-plan kitchen offer plenty of opportunities and space to enjoy with family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, fridge and microwave.
There are 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor. The villa has two bathrooms, 1 on the ground floor (bath + shower in bath) and 1 on the first floor (shower). There are also 2 more double bedrooms on this floor. The beds are made on arrival.
From the villa you walk through the French doors straight into your garden where you can enjoy the outdoors under the spacious covered terrace with patio furniture. The private pool in the garden has a cover to retain the heat as much as possible. The private pool is open from April to October. There are 4 sun loungers available. At the back of the garden you will find a lounge set to relax with a good book.
The villa also has a washing machine and Wifi internet. At the villa itself there is space for 2 - 3 cars to park.

The cultural wealth of Ardeche
Although the area is mainly dominated by its rugged natural beauty and swaying vineyards, it has many picturesque villages. The lively Ruoms, just north of the villa, once started as a monastery. Around it, a village slowly grew up that is now a popular holiday spot. During your stay, a visit to the city of Alès should not be missed. Would you rather stay close to the holiday park? Then make sure you spend an afternoon in Vallon Pont d'Arc, a historical town and centre for cultural tourism.
It is not surprising that so many nature lovers choose for a holiday in the Ardèche. The great variation in altitude and climate guarantees a rich variety of trees, plants and flowers. It is an excellent area for spotting all kinds of birds of prey, and towards nightfall, deer, roe deer and wild boar appear on the forest edges. In the many caves, countless bats hibernate.
Gorges de l'Ardeche
Rough nature forms manifest itself in the famous Réserve Naturelle des Gorges de l'Ardèche and in the nearby Bois de Païolive. The rocks in this forest sometimes seem to have been scattered by a giant's hand. Due to erosion, they have taken on all kinds of bizarre shapes. The many caves in the Ardeche are also worth visiting during your holiday!

The park is situated in a beautiful location, by the river l'Ardeche. At the park, you will find various shared facilities, including a large swimming pool with a children's pool and tennis courts that you can use.
