Ideally located in a quiet area, close to the historic center of Vallon, beaches, shops and all activities, 95m2 house for 8 people with garden, spa, private covered parking space.
On the ground floor, fully equipped kitchen, separate toilet, and living room overlooking the garden and the spa. On the first floor, a bedroom with a 140cm bed and a large bedroom with 4 beds (90cm bunk beds), bathroom. On the second floor, large bedroom with 140cm bed, shower room and wc.
Located in a quiet residence with parking spaces (including a private and shaded place), easy to access.

The most beautiful villages and great sites of southern Ardèche are a few kilometers away: Balazuc, Labeaume, Vogüé, Lagorce, Chauvet 2 cave, Aven d'Orgnac, national nature reserve of the Ardèche gorges, Païolive wood, gorges du Chassezac, Monts d'Ardèche regional natural park, Cévennes national park, etc.
The Ardèche river, the beach, the canoe base, the "Via Ardèche" greenway are in the immediate vicinity of the gîte. Ruoms, Vallon-Pont-d'Arc and Grospierres, Balazuc and Vogüé are accessible on foot or by bike via this greenway, an easy 28km course with no elevation gain.
In this natural setting, you can practice a multitude of sports activities: hiking, running, mountain biking, cycling, swimming, canoeing, fishing, climbing, paragliding, microlight baptism and even freefall jumping at 200km/h !
