The house has been completely renovated with taste and high quality materials, and is fully equipped for your comfort. It is located in the middle of the vineyards, in the village of SAINT ALBAN AURIOLLES, close to all amenities (market, supermarket, bakery, café, pizzeria, etc.), 5 minutes' drive from the river and 20 minutes' drive from the magnificent Gorges de l'Ardèche.
Enjoy the peace and quiet and the large, heated 13M/5M secure swimming pool.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
End-of-stay cleaning is payable on arrival, when the keys are handed over, at €200.
The deposit is 500€.
