Additional price info and offers
The sum of 2800 € corresponds to the amount of the guarantee, this amount is to be taken along in cheque.
It will not be cashed during the stay.
It will be kept for a maximum of 48 hours after the tenant's departure.
This deposit guarantees that any damage caused will not be hidden from the owner on the day of the tenant's departure. (too many previous problems).
This amount may be deducted from the cost of replacing or repairing any damage.
I accept your dog friends, as I myself have 4-legged friends at home.
They will not interfere in your private area during your stay.
Your dogs are welcome outside the beds and sofas in the house and the lounge in the garden.
For reasons of hygiene, your pets are not allowed to swim in the swimming pool.
The stream running alongside the property and the hosepipe are available for your pets to cool off in.
Bags will be available for collecting their droppings. These bags should be disposed of in the rubbish bin located in the village.
A minimum supplement of 5€*7 = 35€ will be charged for any inconvenience caused to your pet during your stay.
