The house
New villa (2019) modern and comfortably furnished, located in the quiet hamlet of Luminières in the cosy municipality of Les Salèlles. The setting here is green and the view is beautiful of the mountain Le Serre de Barre.
From the living room you can go directly onto the sun terrace which gives onto the garden and swimming pool. A second terrace, covered, is also available to quietly enjoy an afternoon lunch or a cosy aperitif in the shade.
In a lounger, with a fresh regional wine, you will unwind while hearing the crickets chirping in the background.
A few kilometres from Les Vans, and when you have had enough of resting, you can visit picturesque villages, or go on a sporty mountain hike. Even for the most sporty, there are plenty of great cycling routes to discover. Just remember to leave in the morning, temperatures climb quickly in the hot summer months, like the mountain routes!

Near the villas, the river Chassezac flows. The water is clear, cooling. An oasis of calm can be found here. You can take a beautiful walk along the river, swim in it, canoe, fish or just watch. A beautiful piece of paradise.
The Gorges de lrdèche and the Gorges du Chassezac, with their rock formations and coves are well known and loved. These eroded rivers are best explored by canoe or kayak, adventure guaranteed!
A brisk walk or bike ride in Boïs de Païolieve offer an ideal sporting alternative. For more adventure, how about canyoning or paragliding?
Or cool off in the famous caves: grotte de la Cocalière, grotte Chauvet, Aven d'Orgnac...
And simply take a day trip to Balazuc, Vogüé, Vallon Pont d'Arc, Naves, Banne, where you can then leisurely stroll around the market and have a pleasant terrace!
