The house
Holiday home Luminières is located in the cosy municipality of Les Salèlles, a few kilometres from Les Vans.
Rural location in a quiet street, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the mountain Le Serre de Barre.
The river Le Chassezac can be reached at 5 min, with many beautiful swimming spots and hiking trails.
The villa is very spacious and can accommodate up to 14 people.
The ground floor features a large central living area, with a long central table to accommodate everyone, a cosy lounge with wood-burning stove and television (TV Vlaanderen), and a children's play area. The large sliding windows make this living space very bright.
The open kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.
On the ground floor there is a first bedroom with double bed, and spacious bathroom with step-in shower, bathtub, toilet, and washing machine.
On the first floor there are four additional bedrooms, including a master bedroom with private bathroom with step-in shower, and a third bathroom with step-in shower and toilet. A baby cot is available.
The garden is spacious, and from the kitchen and living room you can go directly to the terrace.
The private pool is built into the terrace.
