Beautiful holiday home built in old natural stone. On the ground floor there is a comfortable living room with a beautiful view of the medieval village Labatie d' Andaure.
The living room has a comfortable sofa and a television with DVD player. During the cooler nights (April/October), the house is heated by a pellet stove.

WiFi available in the grounds around the house, unfortunately not in the house itself.
The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. There is also a hairdryer and an iron.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, accessible by a steep staircase, (see photo on the website) for the elderly not really practical. One room with a double bed, and one room with a double bed and a single bed. On request, a baby bed and high chair can be installed (free of charge, of course).
The outside terrace offers beautiful unobstructed views of the village and the mountains. There is also a covered terrace with a lounge sofa: the terrace can be closed off for dogs, approx. 9 mtr x 7 mtr (see photo on the website).there is plenty of privacy by the private driveway where two cars can be parked.
You can also use a private beach on the river Doux, accessible on foot (about 500 m downhill) by a private path. Enjoy the peace and quiet, the space and above all the relaxation.
It is also very suitable for small children!
The owners, Vincent and Virginie, have mini-sheep, goats, chickens, etc. for the little ones!

Vincent and Virginie live nearby and can be reached during most of the day. They speak French and some English. Both are very flexible, sociable, friendly and above all helpful. Rosette is a good Dutch friend who can help Dutch speakers in their communication with the renters.
