La Bergerie

Tucked away in a beautiful valley, you will find this little holiday paradise: the Domaine le Moulin de Lande, a recognised tourist business. The cottage the Bergerie used to be a goat shed, now a comfortable holiday home near a 15th-century olive oil mill. The Bergerie was renovated in 2014. Accessible from the living room via French windows, is a large walled roof terrace overlooking the river. This is a lovely, sunny and safe place with lots of privacy. Also ideal if you have small children. In the hot months, a parasol provides plenty of shade. With a bit of luck, you will see deer walking from your roof terrace. On the second, spacious terrace of the Bergerie holiday home you have a view over the valley with its vineyards and you will find a barbecue and a dining table with chairs under the fruit trees. Pick plums or mirabelles in season! The terrace adjoins your own little lawn, bordered by a beautiful natural stone wall. The large 5x12-metre swimming pool with sun terrace is just around the corner. The cosy, cheerfully-coloured kitchen has, among other things, an oven, microwave and fridge. There are two bedrooms. The bathroom, renovated in 2015, has a shower, sink and washing machine. There is a separate toilet. Furthermore, the cottage is equipped with Wi-Fi, television and, for the cool months of the year, central heating. Upon arrival, we will have already made the beds for you. If you stay with us for a fortnight or more, we will provide you with new bed linen every week if you wish. The Bergerie is located near a small river with a private sandy beach.

Holiday home the Bergerie is located on a large domain of 1.24 hectares with a beautifully landscaped garden and its own vineyard. In every season you will find flowering plants and the various fruit trees give fruit in abundance. There is a large swimming pool with sun terrace, parasols and loungers. A small river steams along the entire estate. There is a private sandy beach for guests with fine loungers. At several places you can sit by the little river la Lande. The river is great for swimming, paddling, fishing, boating and building dams. The sandy beach slopes gradually into the water, so it is also very suitable for small children. You can bake your own pizzas in the wood-fired pizza oven by the river. On the domain you will also find a ping-pong table and a playground for the little ones with sandpit, swing set and climbing apparatus.
