The house
The Gite (90m2) from 'Art en Route' is situated in the French Ardèche, municipality Chassier near Lagentiere. This very spacious gite has all modern comforts: modern kitchen, bathroom with shower, WC and wash basin. A comfortable wood burner makes it complete. The gite has one bedroom with acces to the bathroom. In a separate part of the living room is a second double bed so the gite can be occupied by four persons. The gite looks out on the pool and the large garden /vegetable patch. Guests of the gite can enjoy several terraces around the house.

Art en Route is located in the beautiful Ardèche. The gite of Art en Route is situated in a "hameau" ( hamlet) : la Davalade, near the old Largentiere which has a weekly market with local products. Art en Route is about an hour's drive from Montelimar, on the Route du Soleil.
The gite is situated in he large, old, castle-like ' maison en pierre". The gite has its own entrance and is completely private.

Activities
Mountain bikes are available for guests. We can advise you about restaurants in the area. Canoeing is possible nearby on several locations. There are extensive walking and bicycling routes available. Our swimming pool is at your disposal. If you are interested in organic cooking then there is the possibility to compose you own meal from the kitchen garden. Art en Route means enjoying yourself, tranquility, beautiful scenery and a fabulous view.

Wat een geweldige mensen, zo gastvrij! De Gite was boven verwachting en de omgeving prachtig! Één week was veel te kort voor deze belevenis.
We hebben meteen weer geboekt voor 2018.Serlane Dumoulin from Dilbeek,
Dit was een geweldig rustgevend weekje, mede mogelijk gemaakt door Marie-Louise en Hans, die er echt voor zorgen dat je je goed voelt bij hun. Wij logeerden in de gîte 2 : "La Petite Maison" en dit was een hele mooie studio. Keuken, eettafel, kamer en badkamer waren uitstekend ingericht + 2 prachtige terrassen met zicht op het zwembad en de mooie natuur in de Ardèche. De weg naar Art en Route was in het begin wat moeilijk omdat het redelijk smal is, maar na een paar dagen ben je dit al gewoon. Dank jullie wel Marie-Louise en Hans ook voor het lekkere etentje samen met de nodige sfeer en gezelligheid!
