The house
Gîte Thérence is a large holiday home for 2 to 10 people.
The gîte is approximately 100 m2. On the ground floor is a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen.
The kitchen has a fridge, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
Television is also available.
You also have access to a large bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
A staircase takes you to the upper floor, where there are 3 bedrooms and a mezzanine with 1 bed.
Behind the house, you will find a beautiful flower garden, a private terrace - equipped with garden furniture - you will also have access to the communal garden with play area, zip-line, hammock and table tennis table, as well as access to a communal swimming pool.

From the house you can reach the Bear Castle by a path through the forest.

Gite impeccable , très bien équipé et confortable. L' extérieur est vraiment agréables et bien entretenu. L'accueil est chaleureux et les propriétaires sont super. Idéalement placé, le gite est calme et situé dans un très beau petit village.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad in deze mooie gite. De gite is mooi, en is goed verzorgd. Vaatwasser, mooie douche en vrij nieuwe keuken. Bedden lagen lekker wel wat zacht. Het buitenzitje voor de gites was voor ons het grote minpunt. Er staat een grote druivenstruik waardoor het vol zit met wespen. Het was zo erg dat we altijd binnen hebben gegeten. De tuin is voorzien van vele speeltoestellen en een lekker zwembadje. Al met al hebben we ons heerlijk vermaakt.

You can make several canoe trips from Ebreuil through the Sioule Gorges. For swimming, you can go to Lignerolles, 8 km from us.
The Bourbonnais, in the Allier, is a region with hills, forests and rivers, not to mention numerous castles, churches, beautiful mansions and Romanesque buildings. Nearby you will find spa towns such as Neris-les-Bains and Vichy or towns such as Montluçon and Moulins which are worth a visit. In Moulins, for example, you can discover the "Centre national du costume de scène et de la Scénographie".
Montluçon is situated on the edge of the Combrailles, in the Allier. You can start your outing at the top of the belvedere of the Château des Ducs de Bourbon, and then walk through the whole town. The town centre is very friendly, with many bistros, terraces, beautiful parks and beautifully flowered fountains. Of course, you can also visit the Notre-Dame church and the Saint-Pierre church. Every Saturday there is a market where many regional products are offered.
The spa town of Néris-les-Bains is 12 km from our property. The hot spring called "César" produces 60,000 litres of water per hour at a temperature of 53°C. The spring was already used by the Romans. The town offers many opportunities for relaxation and a wide choice of hiking trails in a 17-hectare park with flowers and trees and a wide variety of landscapes.
Also nearby, Vichy has a population of about 28,000. It is a prosperous town with a history dating back to the 1st century. Vichy has many shops, an opera house, a casino and beautiful parks along the river Allier. Above all, it is a renowned spa town.
