The old mountain railroad Train des Pignes covers the whole area and has spa town Dignes-les-Bains with the largest Roman church in Haute Provence, Notre-Dame-du-Bourg, as its final destination. Other old buildings are the fortifications of Vauban in Sisteron, Entrevaux, Seynes-les-Alpes and Colmas-les-Alpes, the convent of Salagon and several bridges such as Pont du Châtelet in Saint-Paul-sur-Ubaye, Pont du Moulin in Thorame-Haute and Pont de la Reine Jeanne between Vilhosc and Saint-Symphorien.
