The house

- In a very small hamlet in the countryside, the whole of a small cottage and a residential house.
- Large swimming pool (10x5 m), half of the pool is 90 cm deep, ideal for children.
The house:
- Upstairs: one double bedroom (160x200), and another double bedroom (140x200). A bathroom with toilet, bath and separate shower.
- On the ground floor: a bedroom with a sofa bed (130x190). Next to this bedroom there is a shower room with toilet.
- Living room with wifi and TV. DVDs, books and games.
- Open kitchen, equipped with all comforts:
o Dishwasher

o Hand blender
o Coffee machine
- Washing machine
- Garden, covered terrace, garden furniture, barbecue.
The little house:
- one bedroom with double bed (160x200). Possibility of adding one or two extra single beds.

The Lot and Dordogne are known for their beautiful surroundings and nature.
Besides the beautiful flora, including wild orchids, there are also deer, badgers, wild boar and numerous bird species.
Restaurants, food & wine
Culinary delights are also found here, from the delicious fresh goat cheeses "Cabécou" to local duck products such as "foie gras". To be picked up directly from the farm or at a cosy market.
Activities
You can enjoy hiking here, or canoeing on the Dordogne, for example.
There is a golf course in Souillac.
There is a lake in Gourdon where you can swim.
There are several cosy weekly markets, often with regional products, where you can stroll around at your leisure and afterwards enjoy something to eat on a cosy terrace.
In the area there are numerous restaurants serving local produce.
Or a nice brocante or vide-grenier in Cazals and Gourdon (10 km).
