Description
Large 3-storey house built in 1950 and split into 2 identical parts with each part having its own kitchen,living room and 4 large bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms.
In picturesque and quiet residential area on the Dordogne , 3km downstream from the big barrage Chastang.
8km by public, good road to Argentat sur Dordogne with good shops, DIY shops, bars etc.

Good condition
The house is very solid and well built as a residence by the EDF during the construction of the barrage in 1945-1954.
Walls are of stone and roof trusses of wood and roof itself of original rows. "Ardoise".
Floors with tiles on ground floor, with oak on higher floors.
Single-glazed windows and doors.

Ground floor: living/dining room with kitchen, toilet, corridor, wood stove, 2 storage rooms, 1 with washing machine,dryer.

Site is mostly grass with a slope down from house level.

Border of the garden has a water stream that comes from the mountains and runs into the Dordogne.

No through traffic except walkers and VTTs etc.
