The gite Les Tabacs is located on the river Lot and is part of a manor farm called Les Sechoirs from 1780. Its riverside location is unique and spacious. The gite has a large covered terrace and an enclosed garden.
The gite still has many original details such as a cosy living area. The living/dining room is spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and microwave. The living room has a TV and CD player. There is a nice bathroom and a separate toilet. The two bedrooms both have views over the Lot River.
Les Tabacs is on the ground floor and is particularly convenient for people with younger children or elderly people who have difficulty walking up stairs. In addition, Les Tabacs' garden is fully fenced, a safe feeling for parents with small children. Broadband Wi-Fi is available within each gite and in the immediate vicinity of the swimming pool. Each gite is provided with bed linen and towels. Several washing machines and a dryer are located in a central room.For lovers of water sports, a canoe a rowing boat and motorboat are available.

Les Séchoirs is located in the beautiful area called Lot et Garonne, in the heart of Aquitaine and within a short drive you will find all kinds of historical and picturesque sights. The gites are just 300 metres from the nearest supermarket and pharmacy. The centre of historic town Clairac is just a 10-minute walk away. Here you will find shops, cafés, a bank, another pharmacy, bakery, hairdressers and a number of restaurants, among the beautifully maintained 16th-century buildings. There is also a beautiful sandy beach in Clairac.
The gites are located in the beautiful Lot valley and close to the three airports:

Activities
The lovely swimming pool overlooks the Lot and you will also find a large covered terrace and sun loungers. There are also two large tobacco barns (Sechoirs) on the property where you can store bicycles or fishing equipment. In one of the tobacco barns there is a common room with a table tennis table, pool table, football game and a sitting area with a large collection of books. In the park-like garden there is also a petanque court, trampoline and football goals.
Les Sechoirs is ideal for water sports enthusiasts and fishermen there is plenty of space and good chances of catching large carp and catfish. The Lot river is the place to fish for carp, catfish, barbel or other species. Large fish are often caught. Night fishing is allowed and every gite has a private (fishing) jetty. There is also enough space at the water's edge to pitch a tent. Landing net, landing net and unhooking mat are available and a feeding boat can be rented.
